The Embassy of Arcturus webpage is devoted to the growth and activities of the embassy itself, and most importantly, of the embassy’s two Arcturan ambassadors, Freeman Arun and Nahanni Karuna Boda.
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Arcturus, you may wish to spend some time reading up on the home system of these two beings.
Those who wonder at the seeming paradox of two ambassadors from Arcturus seeming to appear so much like ‘normal’ Earth human beings lack either experience or imagination. Since the latter is not possible (without dreams, we die), we must assume the former. It is clear that Arcturans, like human beings, are a species of that class of artifact designed for space travel. Unlike us, however, they’ve understood that. William S. Burroughs, who understood more than most of us about such things, once wrote, by way of explanation:
Man is an artifact designed for space travel. He is not designed to remain in his present biologic state any more than a tadpole is designed to remain a tadpole.
We mere humans can only imagine what it must be like to travel through time and space only to be reborn among creatures who have yet to understand the very basic laws of evolution. But we should appreciate their sacrifice. I myself have a great deal of hope that these ambassadors can teach us a very great deal.
